This guide is more than twice the price of its nearest rival. I have now tried, and I mean tried, to follow over 24 manuals to date. That has been purely as research. I completed my first water fuel kit in 2007 with the help of a fairly good guide. Okay, I was inexperienced, but it still took me a few weeks to understand the instructions and carry them out. This latest arrival, Gas4Free, will have anyone fitting water fuel kits within a couple of hours.

HHO technology is not new science at all. It was first used, practically, on an automobile as far back as 1896. Let me explain a little bit more.

Water Fuel Kits Explained

Water fuel kits rely on 3 basic component parts. An electrolyzer (catalyst) in a quart-sized CPVC casing is necessary. Coiled electrode wires probably perform more energetically than plates, but either will be good. Quite honestly, it opinions vary from expert to expert.

Standard tap water is then poured into the receptacle containing the catalyst. As the oxyhydrogen (HHO gas) fizzes off from the electrodes via the water, it is carried to the bubbler.

The bubbler makes sure no water moisture reaches the carburetor. Varients of oxyhydrogen are then sucked from the bubbler unit into the carburetor feed pipe. The HHO fuel is burnt in a mixture along with gasoline or diesel from the gas tank. This raises combustion efficiency by up to 65%.

The only other component necessary is an electronic control unit. It is very straightforward and cheap to make. An amp indicator is handy so you can keep the amperage at a fairly constant 13 amps. An on/off switch is a good idea. Apart from that, you will need to wire it to your ignition fuse, battery, electrolyzer and to earth.

Why Water Fuel Kits Are A Good Idea

  • Anyone can begin to make gasoline savings of up to 65%.
  • If you live in the US, you can claim a tax rebate of $2,000 from the IRS for fitting a water fuel system. A guide like the one above will show you how.
  • Hydrogen is easier on the valves and increases an engine's life. It is entirely non-harmful to the environment: the only byproduct is water.
  • No modifications to existing engines are required.
  • Water fuel kits are cheap and easy to fit and affect no warranties.
